Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives you time to get cozy, check-in and step right into the magic.

Your gallery will be delivered to the email or phone number you provide at check-in within a few days. Each gallery is hand-edited by our tiny-but-mighty team (sometimes just one very dedicated elf), and working through hundreds of families takes time. We promise we’re moving as quickly as possible — there’s no need to follow up.
Your images will arrive the moment they’re ready.

This year the cottage is just for kids! Up to 4 little ones can comfortably fit inside for a cozy photo session.

The Elves’ Cottage sessions sell out fast! If the date you want is fully booked, you can email us at hals@smilebooth.com with your desired date and location to join the waitlist. We’ll reach out if any slots open up.

Because this is a special, seasonal experience, all bookings are final and non-refundable. If you’re unable to make it to your session, 50% of your booking will be donated locally.

Come as you are, or go full festive with coordinated outfits, whatever makes you feel magical! Solids work especially well for capturing the cottage’s details, but don’t hold back on a little holiday flair. Each year’s theme brings its own charm, so any whimsical, holiday-inspired attire will look fantastic!

We love that pets are family, but this year due to the nature of the 2026 cottage, we are not allowing pets. Thank you for understanding!
